Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Set Your Intention
Before lighting the stick, pause briefly and focus on what you wish to release or welcome into your space (for example: peace, clarity, or positive energy).

2. Light the Stick
Hold the stick at a 45-degree angle and place the tip over a lighter or candle flame.

3. Allow It to Smolder
Let it burn for about 30–60 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the wood begins to smolder and produce smoke.

4. Cleanse Your Space
Gently wave the stick, guiding the smoke into corners, around doorways, and throughout your home.

5. Cleanse Yourself or Objects
Move the smoke around your body from head to toe, or carefully pass crystals or other items through the smoke.

6. Extinguish Safely
Place the stick in a heat-resistant bowl or abalone shell and allow it to extinguish naturally. Always ensure it is completely out before leaving it unattended.
